Based in Brazil, Lucas brings a unique blend of innovation, community spirit, and technical expertise to the team.
“My goal is to guarantee that we have a safe space for everyone. I believe that being in a community is about belonging to that place and being able to be yourself. That’s where we get the best out of each other.”
Outside his community duties, Lucas is an avid trekker who has climbed four mountains across Brazil and even founded a trekking group. Whether he’s strategizing community events or reaching new heights (literally), Lucas brings tons of creativity to everything he does.
